I have to tell you to be careful when you make this recipe! I have pulled the ingredients together and finally, on the fifth time, I have a sample to share with you!
This is the easiest recipe, and one my husband (who is the taste tester at our house) says is even better than traditional s'mores!
3 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups Golden Grahams (or similar)
6 cubes bark coating
1. Toss marshmallows and cereal together.
2. Melt bark coating and pour over mixture.
3. Stir to coat and spoon into cupcake papers.
Makes 18+
So of course I had to decorate, and realized that today is the last day of school before Halloween (since All Saints' Day lands on Sunday, my kids are off Friday) so made it real simple.
I used one of our Cello bags and added gussets (that's for another post), then placed my treat inside. The sentiment from Teeny tiny messages, stamped in basic black, is punched out with our word window punch, then matted in pumpkin pie with our modern label punch and held on with a bit of black 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon.
I slipped it into the pails I decorated a few days ago (you can see that post here) for a great spooky Halloween gift!
Now, once you've had a chance to make these Indoor s'mores, don't say I didn't warn you! You'll be making them often, but hey, they are so easy!
Wish shoe stampin' fun!
Just in case you didn't check the Stampin' Up! website last month, I thought I'd share the Project of the Month, since it's so appropriate for the holiday! Since this project is not online anymore, I thought I'd pull it out of the archive in case you need a last minute project for neighbor kids, teachers, co-workers, etc!

I know you are probably getting rather tired of this idea, but it's one of my favorites and is so easy! I found these little pails at a local department store but thought they needed a little something.
So I thought about my scrapbook page and card that I'd made with the grass using Inspired by Nature and whisper white craft ink, but with the lip at the bottom of the pail, stamping was not an option. I tried to pick up Stazon white ink with my blender pen, but it wouldn't go on. Finally, I tried my Versamark pen with white embossing powder, and...Ta-da!!!
I simply started the pen at the bottom and pulled the marker quickly upward to create the look of grass, then added the googly eyes with mini glue dots for a festive pail! I think it needs some ribbon around the handle, but I can't wait to fill these for the teachers up at school!
Wish shoe stampin' fun!
I told you I would share an idea with the library clips, so here's one! I started with a blank, black laminate tile sample (you can get them free at home improvement stores, but only take a few each trip!).
Then I added a bit of pumpkin pie cardstock (simply adhered with our SNAIL adhesive) and a strip of our black gingham ribbon (just taped on the back). I pulled out our small Just perfect alphabet and stamped boo in white stazon ink. The black library clip at the top is one of our mini's, not the 1/2 inch size.
This would be so cute as a magnet with a picture, so I added one of Andrew so you could get the idea. I think it would be really cute with a spooky picture, but I didn't have any ready for cutting up! This project would be really cute for the upcoming holidays, as an ornament, or gift tag!
So who's off to the closest home improvement store? If you're close by, just stop by my house - I have several of these!

If you've signed up for my newsletter and received October's edition, then you've seen this idea before. If not, you are in for a treat (pun INTENDED!).
I stamped the grass from our Inspired by Nature stamp set for this spooky scene with whisper white craft ink on black cardstock. I don't usually do a scrapbook scene, but I couldn't resist these little phantoms! The googly eyes are adhered with glue dots (hurt to part with ten at one time, but it was for a good cause!). The pictures are placed on a pumpkin pie background, then I tore strips of elegant eggplant for a bit of contrast and texture.
I used the sentiment from Holiday best, a level 1 hostess stamp set with markers so I could make each part my desired color. Since the tag punch barely fit, I adhered the pumpkin pie grosgrain ribbon to the back of the large tag punch in elegant eggplant.
No, it's not St. Patrick's Day, but I'm feeling lucky! When I opened my email this morning, I found an email from my up-up-up-upline, Connie Heisey (did you know we can earn downline income for up to five levels?). She sends out invitations ever so often for stamping occasions at her house, but unfortunately, she lives in Pennsylvania! Maybe one of these days I'll get out that way, but for now, it's nice that she includes me and sends me great ideas, like the one below.
Isn't it just adorable??? I also get emails from Janet Wakeland, my up-up-upline, who loves purple almost as much as I do! I love getting emails from her as well because she sends LOTS of ideas! Her last email focused on our Night and Day Designer series paper in our Holiday mini brochure.
This one is great too! Rather than leave it black and white, Janet took pumpkin pie ink to it and changed it to reflect the season! Spooky!
If you are thinking about joining, you'll want an organization that is growing, and one that has lots of support! I know that I can contact at least four levels up and get great tips, support, advice, and more! If you'd like to be part of a great company and even better upline, contact me for more information!

For my holiday card class, I wanted to make something with pumpkin. I have this boxed mix from Tastefully Simple called Nana's Apple Cake (Tina Sturm in Lincoln County, MO takes care of me - you can email her for a catalog or to place an order). It calls for apple chunks, but also suggests replacing pumpkin for that with a cream cheese frosting. While I was at the grocery store, I saw the cutest idea - a cake decorated as a pumpkin (though it was square, which was weird...the Frankenstein was MUCH cuter!). So I pulled out my glass pie dish and prepared and baked the cake. I took it out of the oven, not letting it cool much since my class was in about two hours, and iced it with tinted cream cheese frosting. My daughter created the green, which was spooned into a sandwich and piped out one end to create the leaves and vines. I used chocolate icing to create the face, which I evidently did lop-sided!
So, sometimes people ask why I stamp. This is why! Happy Halloween!!!
Wish shoe stampin' (and bakin') fun!

With Halloween only two days away, I thought I'd post one final blitz of Halloween ideas. The first is a spider made from the scallop, photo corners, and 1/4 inch circle punches. The scallops create a sandwich which includes a peppermint patty! Who wouldn't love to receive this???
I really like the simplicity of this idea - it's just a half sheet of basic black, folded in half and secured with black gingham ribbon through 1/8 inch holes. The skeleton face from Just jawing is just perfect - did you know this set will be 20% off with a $20 purchase starting Dec. 1?
I love this one! It's so easy. It's just a 6x6 sheet of paper folded using the Diaper fold technique! Once the pocket is created, stuff it with a small candy bar wrapped in Designer series paper. Very quick!
Of course, I have to show the owl! We made this at my upline's get-together a couple weeks ago. It simply uses the Top Notz die for the Big Shot. Fold this in half and add eyes with our circle punches! And don't forget to wrap the candy with Designer series paper and put in one of our cello bags. I love these easy goodie bags that are so fun to receive!
And finally, my favorite! I know I've already shown this to you (and I've already made one), but I had to show you this one! My friend, Chris, from book club, had an entire box of Yankee Candles sitting around that were empty. She asked if I wanted them, and to tell the truth, I looked at those things for almost a month before deciding what to do with them! Finally, I put that little spider on there from our Decor Elements line and I just LOVE it! It uses the small one and is just perfect!
I hope you've been inspired, and if you have, but don't have the supplies, just click on my Online ordering button and click "shop now" on my Stampin' Up! website to place your order. Remember, that spider is gone tomorrow evening at midnight (kinda reminds you of Cinderella, but instead of a glass slipper, this spider has a glass candy jar!).
Happy Owl-o-ween!
We live in a subdivision in Troy, MO where people actually drive their kids to trick-or-treat because there are many developing subdivisions and lots of houses on acreage. Last year we stopped counting at 300!
Anyway, this is a great opportunity to share what I love, so I created these little goodies to hand out. Of course, after I started punching out these little guys, I realized that I would not be able to do 300, but I did about 50 (I have so many more to make!!!). I think I might though give them to my children's teachers! Wouldn't they be cute in a scrapbook?
Here's the punches I used: round tab punch (face in close to cocoa), scallop punch (body and wings in chocolate chip and close to cocoa), boho blossoms punch (small flower for feet in pumpkin pie), 3/4 inch circle punch (eyes in so saffron), and 5-petal flower punch (use just one petal for beak, also in pumpkin pie).
Wish shoe stampin' (and punchin') fun!
